The PRPC's Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) is designed to empower residents of the Panhandle region to resolve all types of conflicts through the use of mediation.
The DRC offers mediation assistance for a variety of controversies, including the following:- Divorce/custody
- Visitation arrangements
- Consumer complaints
- Minor criminal mischief
- Personal injury
- Landlord/tenant disputes
- Property and damage disputes
- Threats and trespassing
- Financial disputes
- Police and court referrals
- Employer/employee conflicts
- Neighborhood and community conflicts
40 hour Basic Mediation Training - 2025
Friday, February 14, 2025 – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, February 15, 2025 – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, February 16, 2025 – 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Friday, February 21, 2025 – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Deadline to Register: Friday, February 1, 2025 by 5:00 PM
Cost: Attorneys - 40 CLE (2.5 Elthics) $600 without volunteer pledge OR
$400 with pledge of one mediation per month for 12 months
Employee sponsored and individuals $400 without volunteer pledge OR
$200 with pledge of one mediation per month for 12 months
All prices include meals, snacks, materials (3 text books, Conflict Personality
Testing and other valuable resources).

Mediators trained through the PRPC DRC the cost is $125.
