Call Taker Training

9-1-1 call-takers are indeed the first link in emergency services. Training for call-takers is crucial to assuring that the link is effective. The Regional 9-1-1 Network works to provide a comprehensive training program that includes in-service classes along with enrichment courses taught by 9-1-1 trainers and outside professional instructors. Our goal is to ensure training is available to all call-takers in the panhandle area on a continuous basis.
