Panhandle Regional Criminal Justice Strategic Plan

The Panhandle Regional Planning Commission Regional Criminal Justice Plan was written in 2014 as a part our service contract with the Office of the Governor's Criminal Justice Division. The overall purpose of the plan is to assist the Panhandle Regional Criminal Justice Committee in its review and prioritization of grants applications from the region for funding under the Justice Assistance Grant Program, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Program, Victims of Crime Act Program and the Violence Against Women Act Program. This report can also be utilized to enhance the research efforts of agencies and departments in the Panhandle region when compiling data for grants from additional sources.
